元认知策略运用水平的高低直接影响到自主学习能力的强弱,因此元认知策略训练是培养学生自主学习能力的一个有效途径。本文调查了高中学生不同年级、不同性别、不同物理成绩的学生总体元认知策略的三个方面(计划、监控和自我调节)各自的运用频率,分析了数据所反映的问题,并以此为依据,探讨了在物理教学中训练学生元认知策略,提高学生元认知技能,发展物理自主学习能力的具体措施。
The level of the application of metacognitive strategies has a direct impact on the ability of autonomous learning. Therefore, metacognitive strategy training is an effective way to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability. This paper investigates the frequency of use of the three aspects (planning, monitoring and self-regulation) of students’ overall metacognitive strategies of high school students in different grades, different genders and different physical grades, and analyzes the problems reflected by the data Based on this, the concrete measures of training students ’metacognitive strategies in physics teaching, improving students’ metacognitive skills and developing their ability of autonomous learning are discussed.
