目的 了解Fas抗原及bcl2蛋白在肝癌中的意义。方法 用流式细胞技术对26例肝细胞癌(HCC)癌组织及相应硬变肝组织,以及14例正常肝组织中Fas抗原和bcl2蛋白的表达进行分析。结果 上述3种组织中均测到Fas抗原和bcl2蛋白。HCC组织中Fas明显高于硬变肝组织中的表达(P<0.05),而与正常肝组织Fas表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。bcl2在肝癌组织中明显低于正常肝组织表达(P<0.05),与硬变肝组织相比表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。癌组织中Fas与bcl2表达无相关性(r=0.351,P>0.05)。结论 Fas和bcl2在上述3种组织的表达,表明3种组织均有细胞凋亡存在,Fas介导的凋亡异常可能在肝硬化、肝癌发病机理上起重要作用。
Objective To understand the significance of Fas antigen and bcl2 protein in liver cancer. Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of Fas antigen and bcl2 protein in 26 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and corresponding hardened liver tissue and 14 cases of normal liver tissue. Results Fas antigen and bcl2 protein were detected in the above three tissues. The expression of Fas in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that in hardened liver tissues (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in Fas expression from normal liver tissues (P>0.05). The expression of bcl2 in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal liver tissue (P<0.05). The expression of bcl2 was not significantly different from that in hard-to-transform liver tissue (P>0.05). There was no correlation between Fas and bcl2 expression in cancer tissues (r=0.351, P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of Fas and bcl2 in the above three tissues indicates that all three types of tissues have apoptosis. Fas-mediated apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.
