超声引导下区域阻滞麻醉对解剖结构、进针程度、局麻药的扩散情况的视化,使得超声在区域阻滞中得到广泛应用。目前,为达到满意的阻滞效果,多采用超声引导下肌间沟臂丛阻滞、锁骨上臂丛阻滞、锁骨下臂丛阻滞、腋路臂丛阻滞等阻滞方法。但上述阻滞方法均不可避免的带来并发症,故探索阻滞效果更佳、安全性更高的新的阻滞方法成为未来研究的热点。通过探讨超声引导下不同径路臂丛神经阻滞的应用进展,提示超声用于臂丛阻滞麻醉很实用,更安全,将更广泛地应用于临床。“,”Ultrasound-guided regional block anesthesia,due to the anatomic structure,the degree of nee-dle insertion,visualization of the spread of local anesthetics,is widely applied.At present,in order to achieve satisfactory blocking effect,ultrasound-guided muscle sulcus brachial plexus block,supraclavicular brachial plexus block,infraclavicular plexus block and axillary brachial plexus block are mostly used .However these methods will inevitably bring about complications ,so it is a hot spot to explore new block method with better blocking effect and higher safety for the future .The exploration of the application of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block indicates that ultrasound guidance in brachial plexus block is very practical and safe ,which will be more widely used in clinical.
