本文采用无压烧结的方法,以V,Al,C混合粉末为原料制备V2Al C粉体材料。通过不同烧结温度下物相的演变过程对反应路径进行研究,同时探究了烧结助剂Na F对烧结过程的影响。实验结果表明,在1300-1500°C温度区间内V3Al2,C和VC发生反应生成V2Al C相,且无压烧结制备高纯V2Al C的最佳工艺为1500°C保温2 h,元素配比为V:Al:C=2:1.2:1。此外,烧结助剂Na F的使用加快了反应过程,并使得反应温度降至1400°C。实验得到的高纯度,颗粒尺寸分布适中(40~100μm)的V2Al C可用做提高材料耐磨性的增强体以及二维材料V2C的前驱体。
In this paper, the method of pressureless sintering, V, Al, C mixed powder as raw material preparation V2Al C powder material. The reaction path was studied by the evolution of the phase at different sintering temperatures. The influence of sintering aid Na F on the sintering process was also investigated. The experimental results show that in the temperature range of 1300-1500 ° C, V3Al2, C and VC react to form V2Al C phase, and the optimal process for preparing high-purity V2Al C by pressureless sintering is 1500 ° C for 2 h, the ratio of the elements is V: Al: C = 2: 1.2: 1. In addition, the use of sintering aid Na F accelerates the reaction and reduces the reaction temperature to 1400 ° C. The experimentally obtained V2Al C with high purity and moderate particle size distribution (40 ~ 100μm) can be used as a reinforcement for improving the wear resistance of the material and as a precursor for the 2D material V2C.
