考查了松木屑在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([bmim]Cl)离子液体中的溶解特性。结果表明,在实验范围内,松木屑在[bmim]Cl中的溶解程度随着溶解时间的延长而增大,溶解率高达17.86%,但溶解时间超过42 h溶液颜色加深。由于木材的生理结构特性,离子液体对其不同成分的溶解过程有所区别。综纤维素在样品未溶部分中的质量分数高于溶解部分,且随着样品溶解时间的延长,在未溶部分中的综纤维素含量会升高。通过FT-IR、SEM对溶解前后的松木屑结构进行了表征,表明在溶解过程中离子液体未对松木屑各组分结构造成影响。
The dissolution characteristics of pine sawdust in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([bmim] Cl) ionic liquid were investigated. The results showed that within the experimental range, the degree of dissolution of pine chips in [bmim] Cl increased with the increase of the dissolution time, the dissolution rate was as high as 17.86%, but the color of the solution was deepened when the dissolution time exceeded 42 h. Due to the physiological structural characteristics of wood, ionic liquids differ in the dissolution process of their different constituents. The content of holocellulose in the undissolved part of the sample is higher than that of the dissolved part, and as the sample dissolves, the content of the holocellulose in the undissolved part increases. The structure of pine wood chips before and after dissolution was characterized by FT-IR and SEM, which showed that the ionic liquid did not affect the structure of pine wood chips during the dissolution.
