以7个亲本作1/2 7(7+1)双列杂交,估算了21个杂种及其7个亲本11个产量与纤维品质性状的配合力与均方值。结果表明:绝大多数性状的 gca 和 sca 方差都非常显著,说明红麻产量与纤维品质性状的表现受加性和非加性基因效应共同作用;单株干皮产量 gca 正效应以非洲裂叶、耒阳红麻、7380表现最高;主要产量性状的 sea 正效应则以7804×耒阳红麻、7380×耒阳红麻、非洲裂叶×粤红1号表现最突出。要使杂交组合获得较大的产量 sca,参与杂交的双亲或亲本之一应具有较大的σ~2sca,而 gca 和σ~2sca 高的亲本是最理想的亲本。
Seven hybrids were used for 1/2 7 (7 + 1) double crosses, and the combining ability and mean square value of 11 hybrids and their 7 parents were evaluated. The results showed that the variances of gca and sca in most traits were very significant, indicating that the performance of kenaf yield and fiber quality traits were affected by both additive and non-additive genetic effects. The positive effect of gca per plant dry shoots , Kenaf kenaf (7380 ×), kenaf (7380 × kenaf), kenaf (7380 × kenaf) and Yuehong 1 (kenaf) were highest in the main yield traits. In order to obtain larger yield sca, one of the parents or parents involved in crosses should have a large σ ~ 2sca, while the parents with high gca and σ ~ 2sca are the best parents.
