春节前,一位朋友应邀赴宴,回来后,给我们大讲宴会之豪华,一餐饭菜花了东家将近万元的“银子”,而我这位朋友却没有吃饱,回家后添了一碗稀饭两个小花卷才算安慰了“咕咕叫”的辘辘饥肠。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越追求生活的“品质”,一个简单的吃饭问题。也越来越不满足于胃口。在京城鳞次栉比的饭店酒店中,从中国传统的粤菜、湘菜、川菜、鲁菜,到洋味十足的韩国、日本等各种料理,不一而足。不仅如此,在一些高档饭店,一桌酒席,似乎首先是一桌“视觉盛宴”。奢华成为高档餐饮的唯一标签,饮食被赋予了诸如“身份”、“面子”、“地位”等
