在研究双语教学文献的基础上,笔者结合多年的实践教学经验,以《市场调研》课程为例,提出多元化融合型双语教学模式,认为教学目标设置应该多元化,在充分考虑师资、教材、课程设置、学生的英语水平和教学资源等硬环境的基础上,在软环境上融合中外教学理念,采用多元化的教学方法和手段,把学生的实践任务与企业的实际相结合,考核评估既注重结果,又注重过程。
Based on the study of bilingual teaching literature, combined with many years of practical teaching experience, taking “Market Research” as an example, the author puts forward a diversified and integrated bilingual teaching mode, believing that teaching objectives should be diversified. Teachers should take full account of teachers, teaching materials, Curriculum, students’ English proficiency and teaching resources, based on the integration of soft teaching environment in China and abroad, using a wide range of teaching methods and means to combine the practical tasks of students with the reality of the business assessment assessment not only pay attention to Results, but also focus on the process.
