经济社会全面发展是建设有中国特色社会主义的必然要求。农村经济社会全面发展是其重要的组成部分.离开了农村经济社会全面发展就没有中国的经济社会全面发展,这是中国国情所决定的。而中国农村能否实现经济社会全面发展,关键在于农村基层党组织。这是基层党组织在农村中的核心领导地位和作用所决定的。本文探讨了通过建立农村基层党组织协调机制,来保证农村经济社会全面发展,同时在实现农村经济社会全面发展的实践中,又进一步把农村基层党组织建设好的基本思路。
The all-round economic and social development is an inevitable requirement for building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The all-round development of rural economy and society is an important part of it. Without all-round economic and social development in rural areas, there will be no all-round economic and social development in China, which is determined by China’s national conditions. Whether or not China’s rural areas can achieve an all-round economic and social development depends on the rural grass-roots party organizations. This is determined by the core leadership and role of grass-roots party organizations in the rural areas. This article explores the basic idea of further building the rural grassroots party organizations through the establishment of the coordination mechanism of rural grassroots party organizations to ensure the all-round development of rural economy and society and at the same time to realize the all-round development of rural economy and society.
