我院自1984年10月实行院长负责制以来。从以下方面作了一些尝试。首先,对各级领导干部进行无记名投票的民意测验。将获票最多者确立为院长、副院长等各级领导干部候选人。院长由组织部门考察,市卫生局任命,副院长由医院组织考察,报市局公布,各科室负责人由院长聘任,任期为两年。其次,建立职工代表大会。每年定期开会,由院长报告工作,职代会审议年度工作
Our institute has been in charge of the president’s responsibility system since October 1984. Some attempts have been made from the following aspects. First of all, public opinion polls for leading cadres at all levels are held by secret ballot. The person who won the most votes was established as a candidate for leading cadres at various levels such as dean and vice president. The dean is inspected by the organization department and appointed by the Municipal Health Bureau. The vice president is inspected by the hospital and reported to the municipal bureau. The head of each department is appointed by the president for a term of two years. Next, establish a staff representative meeting. Regular meetings are held every year, and the dean report work.
