本文结合已有改扩建交通组织的研究资料,在选择高速改扩建交通组织评价指标的已有原则的基础上,考虑了评价指标量化和定性的可行性来进行指标的选取。并通过研究高速改扩建项目交通组织评价指标,本文提出了通行服务、经济效益、区域路网交通影响、交通安全四大评价的指标组成,为改扩建交通组织评价体系的建立提供基础。
In this paper, based on the existing research data of traffic reconstruction and expansion, on the basis of the existing principles of choosing high-speed reconstruction and expansion of traffic organization evaluation index, the feasibility of quantitative and qualitative evaluation index is considered to select the index. Through the research on the evaluation indexes of traffic organization of high-speed reconstruction and extension project, this paper puts forward the composition of four indicators of traffic service, economic benefits, regional road network traffic impact and traffic safety, and provides the foundation for establishing the evaluation system of traffic expansion.
