主研人员:成建波 陈泽均 冉启钧 林祖伦 张沛 电子轰击YAG显示材料是用钇铝石榴石(YAG)单晶作为衬底,然后在其上采用液相外延技术生长一层掺铈的YAG(Ge:YAG)薄膜作发光层制成。由于YAG单晶材料与Ce:YAG薄膜有极好的晶格匹配(其失配小于0.018A)和很高的导热率。
