采用完全双列杂交法,将水稻高光效材料叶青伦与安徽省推广的4个籼稻品种进行配组,研究12种数量性状的配合力。结果表明:一般配合力和特殊配合力方差,除结实率仅达到5%水准外,其余都达到极显著性差异;叶青伦剑叶,倒1叶具有较高的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量,且一般配合力皆表现正向优势,说明利用高光效材料叶青伦作亲本,其后易得到叶绿素含量高的后代。
Using complete double-line hybridization method, the rice high-light-efficient material Ye Qinglun and four indica rice varieties popularized in Anhui Province were planted to study the combining ability of 12 quantitative traits. The results showed that the variance of general combining ability and special combining ability reached the extremely significant difference except that the seed setting rate was only 5%. The leaf chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content , And the general combining ability showed a positive advantage, indicating the use of high light-efficient material Ye Qinglun as the parent, followed by easy access to high chlorophyll content of offspring.
