色彩、形状和声响都是物质的自然属性,倘若我们能在体育教学中科学地运用它们.可以有助于提高课堂教学效果。一、色彩不同的色彩可以引起人们的不同感觉和联想。如:红色给人以活泼、热烈、兴奋的感觉,使人联想到的火和血;黄色给人以明朗、温暖的感觉,使人联想到阳光和灯光;蓝色给人以平和、开阔的感觉,使人联想到天空和海洋;绿色给人以宁静、生机的感觉,使人联想到绿色植物,白色给人以圣洁、凉爽的感觉,使人联想到雪;黑色给人以严肃、阴郁的感觉,使人联想到黑夜等等。根据各种颜色所能引起的情绪效应,在体育教学的不同部分选择不同的色彩环境将有利于教学的正常进行。例如体育课的准备活动的目的是要克服机体的惰性,提高大脑的兴奋性,这部分教学最好能在阳光下,红色建筑物附近,这些色调环境有助于提高大脑的兴奋性。课的结束部分最好能在树荫下,绿草坪等较宁静的环境中进行,以利于疲劳的消除。
