中国石油大庆炼化公司总经理李正光同志所撰写的“大庆精神薪火相传”(原文标题)一文包括三个方面内容:一是大庆精神在企业管理中的重要作用不能变;二是大庆精神推动企业管理的方式必须要创新;三是加强企业管理必须要坚持以人为本的原则。这三个方面内容主要说明该公司多年来在“变”与“不变”中薪火相传的实践,推动该公司不断地向前发展,因而具有重要的意义。在中国的发展历史上,不同的时代曾经涌现出很多的时代典型和时代精神。时代变化了,这些典型精神是否就过时了?它们在现实中的意义还存在吗?诸如此类的问题不断地被人们争论。大庆人对大庆精神的思考为这样的问题提供了非常有益的实践探索,将过去时代的精神予以继承和发扬,并与现代企业管理相融合,这是典型的中国特色的企业管理实践,在今天的时代弥足珍贵。本文虽然短小,且只从本公司的角度说明大庆精神薪火相传的重要意义,但它却反映了中国特色社会主义发展的重大问题,即“大庆精神薪火相传”是否反映了中国特色社会主义道路和中国特色社会主义理论体系的本质特点?或者说,大庆精神薪火相传下的大庆企业是否能够成为中国特色社会主义的基础和支柱?或者说,大庆精神反映了怎样的一种意识形态和一种怎样的文化传承,它与西方工业文明是一种什么的关系?等等。编辑部认为,本文的基本内容及其所反映的问题意义重大,该文为基础进行更加深入地研究大庆精神薪火相传的理论和实践就是非常必要的,而且特别有利于针对当今世界性的金融危机和经济危机,有比较地研究和探索中国式管理的发展之路。
