研究无砂浆再生混凝凝土砌块的基本力学性能,将再生骨料百分百替代天然骨料,为建筑垃圾再利用提供了借鉴。通过对采用连续级配的3类15组不同类型不同配合比的45块再生混凝土标准立方体块进行抗压试验,得到合理的水灰比。进而制作3类3组18块新型无砂浆再生混凝土砌块并对其进行抗压强度和抗折强度试验。通过抗压和抗折强度试验,得到了新型无砂浆再生混凝土砌块的抗压、抗折强度和破坏机理,进而得到了一系列关于该类砌块抗压、抗折强度取值的结论。探讨了再生混凝土制作新型无砂浆混凝土砌块的可行性。
Study of the basic mechanical properties of mortar-free recycled concrete blocks, the replacement of natural aggregate by 100% recycled aggregate, which provides reference for the reuse of construction waste. The compressive tests of 45 blocks of recycled concrete with three different types and 15 different types and proportions of continuous grading were carried out to obtain a reasonable ratio of water to cement. Then make 3 kinds of 3 groups of 18 new non-mortar recycled concrete block and its compressive strength and flexural strength test. By compressive and flexural strength tests, the compressive strength, flexural strength and failure mechanism of the new mortar-free recycled concrete block are obtained, and a series of conclusions about the compressive strength and flexural strength of the block are obtained. The feasibility of making new type mortar-free concrete block from recycled concrete was discussed.
