研究阿魏对阿魏菇菌丝酶活性的影响。将准噶尔阿魏三氯甲烷提取物(Ex.T)用硅胶柱进一步分离,得到组分Ex.Tc。以阿魏菇NB-1为液体发酵菌种,将Ex.T、Ex.Tc分别添加于液体培养基中27.5℃培养7d,测定菌丝体的CAT和SOD酶活力。实验结果表明,与对照相比,Ex.T、Ex.Tc均能提高阿魏菇菌丝体CAT、SOD活力,并表现出很强的剂量效应。随着培养基中Ex.T和Ex.Tc添加量的增加,阿魏菇菌丝体CAT活力呈现逐渐提高的趋势。而Ex.T对阿魏菇菌丝体SOD活力具有双重效应,低剂量的Ex.T能明显提高阿魏菇菌丝体SOD活力,但高剂量的Ex.T对菌丝体SOD活力表现出抑制作用。随着Ex.Tc添加量的增加,阿魏菇菌丝体SOD活力呈逐渐提高的趋势。
The effect of ferulic acid on the mycelia activity of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied. The Junggar Ferulic chloroform extract (Ex.T) was further separated by silica gel column to obtain a component Ex.Tc. The fermentative strain Ferulicus NB-1 was used as liquid fermentation medium. Ex.T and Ex.Tc were respectively cultured in liquid medium at 27.5 ℃ for 7 days. The activities of CAT and SOD in mycelium were determined. The results showed that compared with the control, Ex.T and Ex.Tc all increased the CAT and SOD activities of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium and showed a strong dose effect. With the increase of the amount of Ex.T and Ex.Tc in the medium, CAT activity of Pleurotus ostreatus showed a gradual increase trend. While Ex.T had a dual effect on the SOD activity of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, low doses of Ex.T can significantly enhance the SOD activity of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, but high doses of Ex.T showed SOD activity of mycelium Inhibition. With the increase of Ex.Tc dosage, SOD activity of Pleurotus ostreatus showed a gradual increase trend.
