应用小鼠胸腺考的松耐受细胞(CRT)及脾细胞,研究了小牛胸腺肽制品(TP)对白细胞间介素2(IL2)产生的作用。TP单独应用,不能刺激细胞分泌IL2,但与Con A合用,可增强细胞分泌IL2的能力。这种增强作用与TP和细胞预育阶段中Con A的存在相关。预育中无Con A,预育后再以Con A刺激,虽细胞增殖程度下降,但TP较恒定地促进IL2产生,提示TP对IL2产生细胞可能有选择性刺激作用,但细胞尚须接受继后的Con A刺激,才能表达IL2分泌功能。
The effects of calf thymus peptide (TP) on the production of interleukin 2 (IL2) in mice were studied using mouse thymus testis and spleen cells. TP alone, can not stimulate cells to secrete IL2, but combined with Con A, can enhance the ability of cells to secrete IL2. This enhancement is associated with the presence of Con A in the TP and cell-in-cell phases. Preconditioning in the absence of Con A, pre-Con A and then stimulated with Con A, although the degree of cell proliferation decreased, but TP is more consistent to promote IL2 production, suggesting that TP may have a selective IL2-producing cells stimulating effect, but the cells still have to accept the following After Con A stimulation, to express IL2 secretion.
