动物实验表明硫辛酸二乙胺基乙酯(225)与硫辛酸二乙胺(抗206)都有明显的抗放效果,尤其是“225”不仅预防有效,而且显示出照后早期治疗的效果。一些工作指出,“225”和“抗206”对照射动物的造血组织都有明显的保护作用。本文观察了“225”和“抗206”对小鼠骨髓造血干细胞辐射敏感性和细胞增殖的影响,进一步探讨了这类药物的抗放作用原理。
Animal experiments show that lipoic acid diethylaminoethyl ester (225) and lipoic acid diethylamine (anti-206) have obvious anti-lethal effect, especially “225” is not only effective in prevention, but also shows the effect of early treatment after irradiation . Some work pointed out that “225” and “anti-206” have obvious protective effect on hematopoietic tissues of irradiated animals. In this paper, the effects of “225” and “anti-206” on the radiation sensitivity and cell proliferation of mouse bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells were observed, and the principle of anti-release of these drugs was further explored.
