从面包酵母中提取的抗肿瘤多糖体中性甘露聚糖(WNM)具有多种生物反应调节剂(BRM)活性,而在肝细胞、巨噬细胞和血蛋白质中存在甘露糖/N-乙酰基葡糖胺受体。本研究进一步探讨用WNM制成的各种复合物对肝癌细胞的抗肿瘤作用。结果表明,WNM与丝裂霉素C(MMC)的复合物WNM-MMC能抑制小鼠同系移植瘤细胞的增殖。WNM-MMC 1~10 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)(iv)约抑制50%的MH134Y肿瘤细胞。同样剂量的WNM,WNM和MMC混合液,MMC,以及Dex-MMC(Dex为葡聚糖T40)给药组均无效。WNM-MMC对MH134Y肿瘤细胞体外的抑制率为80%,这种在离心洗净后的活性,提示WNM-MMC
The antitumor polysaccharide extracted from baker’s yeast neutral mannan (WNM) has multiple biological response modifier (BRM) activities, while mannose/N-acetyl is present in hepatocytes, macrophages and blood proteins Glucosamine receptors. This study further explored the antitumor effects of various compounds made with WNM on hepatoma cells. The results showed that WNM-MMC, a complex of WNM and mitomycin C (MMC), inhibited the proliferation of mouse syngeneic xenografts.
