目的研究广东地区医院临床分离铜绿假单胞菌携带qacEΔ1基因的情况及qacEΔ1携带菌株对消毒剂抗力。方法采用定量杀菌试验和基因扩增法,对广东省部分医院临床分离铜绿假单胞菌进行实验室研究。结果从30株临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌中检出26株携带qacEΔ1基因,阳性率为86.67%。经有效碘浓度为200 mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用7 min,qacEΔ1基因阳性菌株存活率为7.7%;qacEΔ1基因阴性菌株存活率为0.0%。经浓度为300 mg/L苯扎氯铵作用7 min,qacEΔ1阳性菌株存活率为11.5%;qacEΔ1基因阴性菌株存活率为6.7%。经500 mg/L有效氯消毒液作用10 min,qacEΔ1阳性菌株存活率为19.2%;qacEΔ1基因阴性菌株存活率为10.0%。结论广东地区医院临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌耐消毒剂基因携带率较高,qacEΔ1基因阳性的铜绿假单胞菌对所试验的3种消毒剂的抗力稍高于qacEΔ1基因阴性的菌株。
Objective To study the qacEΔ1 gene in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from hospitals in Guangdong Province and the resistance of qacEΔ1-carrying strains to disinfectants. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and gene amplification method were used to study the clinical isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in some hospitals of Guangdong Province. Results Twenty-six isolates of qacEΔ1 were detected in 30 clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the positive rate was 86.67%. The survival rate of qacEΔ1 gene-positive strains was 7.7% when the effective iodine concentration was 200 mg / L for 7 min. The survival rate of qacEΔ1-negative strains was 0.0%. The viability of qacEΔ1 positive strain was 11.5% after treated with benzalkonium chloride at the concentration of 300 mg / L for 7 min. The survival rate of qacEΔ1 negative strain was 6.7%. The survival rate of qacEΔ1 positive strain was 19.2% after treated with 500 mg / L available chlorine disinfectant for 10 min, and the survival rate of qacEΔ1 negative strain was 10.0%. Conclusion The Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates from hospitals in Guangdong Province were highly resistant to the disinfectant. The resistance of qacEΔ1 gene-positive Pseudomonas aeruginosa to the three disinfectants tested was slightly higher than that of qacEΔ1-negative isolates.
