梨枣,是从山西省交城林科所引入试栽的枣树品种。由于气候的差异,梨枣在露地栽培很难过冬,遇到特殊的冬季低温年份,幼树易抽条。因此,我们改为保护地栽培,采取冬季扣棚保温措施,在春节过后的3月初开始升温,这样既使梨枣能够安全越冬,又可以提前发芽生长。经过几年的温室栽培试验,7-8月份果实就能够陆续成熟上市,取得了很好的效益。梨枣在温室栽培,结果能力强,丰产稳产,枣果个大,椭圆形,平均单果重38.4克,最大果重54.4克。果实成熟后为深红色,鲜枣含糖量为28%左右,最高可达38.7%。梨枣果实个大核小,皮薄肉厚,味甜质脆,很受消费者青睬,且
