贝氏体组织通常具有良好的韧性,尤其是当韧性为零件的主要性能要求时,最好进行贝氏体等温淬火。有文献报道过贝氏体的这一特性与回火马氏体的比较。高碳钢可能脆性较大,但它具有良好的力学性能和耐磨性。本文对AISI O1高碳钢(巴西钢号为VND)的冲击性能进行了比较性研究,即对比研究了该钢经不同工艺热处理后的夏比冲击韧度。820℃奥氏体化后直接淬火-回火制备了回火马氏体,而在350℃保温20 min、40 min和60 min后淬火制备了贝氏体。由于硬度影响冲击性能,所以对比性研究是在表面硬度相同的条件下进行的。研究结果表明,贝氏体等温淬火试样的冲击吸收能量均比较低,与该温度下的保温时间无关。
Bainitic tissue usually has good toughness, and especially when toughness is the primary performance requirement for the part, it is best to be bainite tempered. It has been reported in the literature that this feature of bainite and tempered martensite comparison. High carbon steel may be more brittle, but it has good mechanical properties and wear resistance. In this paper, the impact properties of AISI O1 high carbon steel (Brazilian steel VND) were comparatively studied, that is, the Charpy impact toughness of the steel after different heat treatment was comparatively studied. Tempered martensite was prepared by direct quenching-tempering at 820 ℃ after austenitizing, and bainite was prepared by quenching at 350 ℃ for 20 min, 40 min and 60 min. Because hardness affects impact properties, comparative studies are conducted under the same surface hardness. The results show that the biaxial as-quenched specimens have relatively low impact energy and are independent of the holding time at this temperature.
