Intraoperative electron radiation therapy (IORT) is widely considered to have great potential for cancer treatment.The worlds first mobile electron linear accelerator (Mobetron) which can conduct precision boost has changed the way cancer patients are treated1.This study is designed to test the anaesthetic management in patients receiving a combination of extensive surgery,intraoperative radiation by the Mobetron and remote monitoring, then to identify the safety and effectiveness of the Mobetron.
