Aim: To identify the main antitumer compounds of T.tschonoskii and explore the underlying mechanism.Methods: The antitumor activity of isolated coumpounds were tested both in vitro and in vivo.Results: The total saponins of Trillium tschonoskii inhibited the proliferation of tumor cells bothin vitro and in vivo; Among the 9 compounds isolated from the total saponins, TTB 1-3 showed great potency in inhibiting proliferation of SGC7901 cells (IC50=0.62μg.ml-1); TTB1-3 reacted with Ras from docking research, and inhibit the expression of Ras downstream signaling.
