@@ The advanced digital technologies have caused the trend of digital convergence between information and communication sectors and changed their business management and development. As the market becomes more and more competitive, business organizations have adopted new technologies to reinforce their competitiveness and strategic advantages (Zuboff, 1988; Acs et al. , 2002; Shin, 2006). For example, in February 7, 2007, the New York Times (Lin, 2007) announced its attempt to focus on online newspaper by stopping print version in the near future. Another instance is that TV broadcasts also face challenges from webcasts, podcast, and multimedia on demand offered by telecommunications companies. They may hold on to the position of content providers by offering programming by themselves on the web or as the biggest suppliers for different new multimedia plateform.
