  Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide and surgery remains the most effective treatment for the majority of cancer patients in the early stage of solid cancers.However,tumor recurrence sometimes occurs even with histologically negative surgical margins,and the incomplete tumor excision is strongly associated with local recurrence and impacts survival rates.Though the postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy is a successful treatment for the residual cancer,it still possesses a lot of disadvantages,which seriously limited its clinical application [1].Meanwhile,the tumor microenvironment became an emerging hallmark trait of cancers.Firstly,the inflammatory immune response plays a critical role in tumorigenesis and recurrence.Secondly,the pH value in tumor tissues is more acidic than in normal tissues.
