甘肃工业大学从1978年开始研究机械加工中的“断裂设计”原理和“应力断料”方法,并研制成YD-Ⅰ型高效应力断料机和简易应力断料辅具,同时进行了第二代样机YD-IA型和利用其它应力状态及裂纹位移类型的断裂设计试验研究。这项研究成果获得了很好的评价。他们的研究表明:这是一项很有前途并可推广应用的新技术。本文侧重于工程实用和新技术推广,只介绍普通车床上进行应力断料的原理、方法和工具,以期引起同行们的兴趣与关注。
Gansu University of Technology from 1978 began to study the “fracture design” principle and the “stress broken material” method of machining, and developed into a YD-Ⅰ high-efficiency stress feeder and simple stress broken material aids, while the second Generation model YD-IA type and the use of other stress state and crack displacement type fracture design of experimental study. The research results obtained a good evaluation. Their research shows that this is a promising and widely available new technology. This article focuses on engineering practicality and promotion of new technologies. It only introduces the principle, methods and tools of stress-breaking on ordinary lathe in order to arouse the interest and concern of colleagues.
