目的 探讨不同浓度高渗盐液对心脏功能的影响。方法 采用大鼠离体灌流模型 ,用不同钠离子浓度的灌流液进行顺性灌注 2 0min ,随后再用等渗灌流液灌注 5min ,连续观察冠状动脉血流量、心率、心输出量 (CO)、动脉压及左心室功能等指标的变化 ,并测心脏含水率。结果 含 16 5mmol LNa+ 的灌流液可明显增加CO、改善心脏的收缩舒张功能 ;而用高于 2 15mmol LNa+ 的灌流液灌流时 ,最初有短暂但十分明显的心脏收缩舒张功能障碍 ,但 5~ 10min后恢复到正常水平以上 ;各组在由高渗灌流液换为等渗时心脏收缩舒张功能都非常显著的增强。结论 高渗盐液能直接作用于心脏 ,在一定的条件下有明显地改善心肌收缩舒张功能的作用
Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of hypertonic saline on cardiac function. Methods The isolated rat perfused rat model was used. Perfusion was performed for 20 min with perfusate of different sodium ion concentration. Then perfusion was performed with isotonic perfusate for 5 min. The coronary blood flow, heart rate, cardiac output (CO) Arterial pressure and left ventricular function and other indicators of change, and measure the heart moisture content. Results The perfusion with 16 5 mmol LNa + significantly increased CO and cardiac systolic and diastolic function. When perfusion with more than 2 15 mmol LNa + was perfusion, a brief but significant systolic and diastolic dysfunction was observed at first, but 5 ~ 10 min And then returned to normal level. The systolic and diastolic functions of all the groups were remarkably enhanced when they were switched from hypertonic perfusate to isotonicity. Conclusions Hypertonic saline can directly act on the heart, and under certain conditions can significantly improve the function of myocardial contractile and diastolic function
