以径向柱塞液压马达为研究对象,详细分析了柱塞腔内压力的变化过程,建立了柱塞腔内动态压力的数学模型,通过相应的仿真发现,柱塞经过下死点后,腔内压力的延迟降低到回油压力,将大大地增加马达轴上的阻力矩.当马达低速运行时,将是影响马达的低速稳定性的一个重要因素,为了提高马达的低速稳定性,就要严格控制马达的配流遮盖量.
Taking the radial piston hydraulic motor as the research object, the changing process of the pressure in the plunger cavity was analyzed in detail, and the mathematical model of the dynamic pressure in the plunger cavity was established. The corresponding simulation shows that after the plunger passes the bottom dead center, The delay of the internal pressure to the oil return pressure will greatly increase the resistance torque on the motor shaft. When the motor runs at low speed, it will be an important factor that affects the low speed stability of the motor. In order to improve the low speed stability of the motor, it is necessary to strictly control the motor’s current blocking capacity.
