唐山第三空间综合体项目为复杂高层建筑,涉及承受错层梁板作用的框架柱、因竖向构件不连续而形成的转换梁以及方向各异的大跨度悬挑阳台梁板、地下车库的三角形柱网布置等结构构件形式。设计过程中进行了多遇地震的弹性分析及中震、罕遇地震静力弹塑性分析,根据静力弹塑性分析结果对结构进行了优化,从而在实现结构的抗震设防性能目标的同时,尽可能兼顾结构构件的经济性。
