随着社会的不断发展,综合国力的强弱越来越取决于人才的培养,我们已逐步地认识到,艺术修养是现代社会所需的复合型人才所必不可少的素质。艺术教育的观念已发生着深刻变化,由原来所注重的学科体系和知识技能的单科教学而转变为以学生的整体发展为中心向综合艺术教学的方向上来。一、艺术课上的老师不是“权威人物”传统教学中,教师处于至高无上的权威地位。学生无条件地接受教师的一切灌输。师生之间显然是不平等的。对艺术教学而言,交往意味着对话,意味着参与,意味着相互建构,它不仅是一种教学活动方式,更是弥漫、充盈于师生之间的一种教育情境和精神氛围。对学生而言,交往意味着心态的开放,主体性的凸现,个性的张显,创造性的解放。对教师而言,交往意
With the continuous development of society, the strength of overall national strength depends more and more on the cultivation of qualified personnel. We have gradually realized that artistic accomplishment is an indispensable quality required by the complex talents in modern society. The concept of art education has undergone profound changes. It has shifted from single-subject teaching and knowledge-based teaching to the direction of comprehensive art teaching centering on the overall development of students. First, teachers in art classes are not “authoritative figures ” in traditional teaching, teachers are in the supreme authority. Students unconditionally accept all the instillation of teachers. Obstacles are inequitable between teachers and students. For art teaching, communication means dialogue, which means participation means mutual construction. It is not only a way of teaching activities but also a kind of educational situation and spiritual atmosphere filled with teachers and students.
