The most accurate way to diagnose allergy in laboratory is to test allergy-specific IgE in serum (hereinafter referred to as serum test) with the radio-sensitive adsorbent test. Some authors believe that the determination of patients with nasal discharge of IgE (hereinafter referred to as nasal discharge test), can diagnose upper respiratory allergies, especially allergic symptoms were not obvious cases.
