目的:研究耳叶牛皮消的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、反相RP-18柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法,从耳叶牛皮消中分离得到9个化合物。结果:通过NMR和MS等波谱方法结合文献数据对比,分别鉴定为:sarcosin-3-O-β-cymaropyranoside(1)、cynotophylloside B(2)、clemaphenol A(3)、去乙酰基萝苷元(4)、methyl-2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-arabino-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranoside(5)、反式对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(6)、cyclo(D-Pro-D-Leu)(7)、3α-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(8)、阿魏酸甲酯(9)。结论:其中,化合物3、5、6~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of oxford leather Methods: Nine compounds were isolated from the skin of earlobes by silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase RP-18 column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Results: Compared with the literature data by NMR and MS spectroscopy, they were identified as sarcosin-3-O-β-cymaropyranoside (1), cynotophylloside B (2), clemaphenol A 4-methyl-2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-arabino-hexopyranosyl- (1 → 4) -6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranoside (6), cyclo (D-Pro-D-Leu) (7), 3α-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy- 7-megastigmen-9-one Methyl Wei (9). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 3, 5 and 6 ~ 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
