自2010年开始,我校为了促进教育教学质量的进一步提高,实行每月每班评选出当月明星教师的制度,到学期末再根据被评次数的多少,评选出年度明星教师并予以表彰奖励。就此做法老师们也有各自不同的看法。有的老师认为这是学校在效仿他校走形式主义路线,并预言实施不了多久就会偃旗息鼓;有的老师认为学生的思想还不够成熟,评选的角度免不了会单一,评选结果并不一定反映实情,甚至不可信;也有的老师对此做法漠不关心;而还有的老师(其中也包括我)则认为应积极地对
