不同国家进行不同电视制式的节目交换时,电视制式转换器是必不可少的。一般说,制式转换后的图像与原图像相比较,质量都要劣化。例如,跟踪拍摄花样滑冰运动表演时,背景上会产生颤抖,摄取冰球运动时,往往冰球会从画面上消失等。为了改进这些缺陷,工程师们致力于电路设计和内插算法的研究。直到1987年,NHK(日本广播协会)研制成功了两种动态适应型制式转换器:一种是从HDTV向PAL转换的制式转换器;另一种是从NTSC向PAL转换的制式转换器。无论哪一种制式转换器.都能把复杂的运动物体的画面进行高质量的转换。在上述制式转换器研制成果的基础上,NHK又研制了NTSC、PAL、SECAM三种制式互相转换的动态适应型制式转换器。这种新型制式转换器能够真实地转换包含不同方向多个运动物体的图像。
When different countries carry out program exchange of different television programs, the TV system converter is indispensable. In general, the format converted images compared with the original image, the quality should be deteriorated. For example, when tracking a figure skating performance, there is trembling on the background, and when the ice hockey is taken, the ice hockey often disappears from the screen. To improve these shortcomings, engineers are devoted to circuit design and interpolation algorithms. Until 1987, NHK (Japan Broadcasting Association) successfully developed two kinds of dynamic adaptive format converters: one is from HDTV to PAL converter; the other is from NTSC to PAL converter. No matter what kind of standard converter can have a complex moving body images for high-quality conversion. On the basis of the research and development results of the above-mentioned system converter, NHK has also developed a dynamically adaptable system converter which is compatible with the three systems of NTSC, PAL and SECAM. This new format converter truly transforms images containing multiple moving objects in different directions.
