高校图书馆是集知识汇集与传播的圣地,对于提升高校学生的文化素质具有重要的作用,但是目前国内高校的高校图书馆的使用率却较低,诸多高校中的高校图书馆使用人员偏低。因此各个高校高校图书馆管理人员必须加大力度扭转此不良局面。本文通过论述国内高校高校图书馆的管理创新的必要性与主要特征,以期促进高校高校图书馆的管理创新。 Libraries in colleges and universities are the holy sites for the collection and dissemination of knowledge, which plays an important role in enhancing the cultural quality of college students. However, the utilization rate of university libraries in China is still low, and the number of university libraries in many universities is low . Therefore, all college university library managers must step up efforts to reverse this bad situation. This paper discusses the necessity and main characteristics of the management innovation of the university library in our country to promote the management innovation of the university library.
