针对既有钢筋混凝土(RC)桥梁可靠性评估过程中有时难以获得足够样本,无法精确确定参数统计特征的问题,将检测结果与专家经验相结合,以结构抗力各影响参数为模糊变量,提出了小样本数据下既有RC桥梁可靠性评估方法。该方法通过隶属函数反映小样本检测数据的模糊特征,进而将模糊变量变换为当量随机变量,采用传统的JC法来计算可靠指标。最后,以一座装配式简支梁桥为例,给出了可靠性评估的具体过程。研究结果表明:混凝土强度隶属函数中模糊幅度对可靠指标影响较小,而钢筋锈蚀率和强度损失率隶属函数中模糊幅度对可靠指标影响较大,既有桥梁检测和评估过程中应更注重对钢筋锈蚀的检测。
In view of the fact that it is sometimes difficult to obtain sufficient samples in the reliability assessment of an existing RC bridge, the statistical characteristics of the parameters can not be accurately determined.
