选用分子量范围为(30~70)×104g·mol-1的五种不同粘性介质进行室温条件下的流变特性和压缩性能试验,确定了不同分子量粘性介质的剪切粘度、剪应变率与剪应力关系和体积模量,在此基础上进行了不锈钢SUS304筒坯粘性介质外压稳定试验。研究结果表明,室温条件下,随着介质分子量的增加,粘性介质的粘度和速率敏感性增大,体积模量降低;选取分子量较大的粘性介质,有助于提高不锈钢SUS304筒坯的外压稳定性。
Five kinds of viscous media with molecular weight range (30 ~ 70) × 104g · mol-1 were used to test the rheological properties and compressive properties at room temperature. The shear viscosity, shear strain rate and shear strength of viscous media with different molecular weights were determined. Stress relationship and bulk modulus. On the basis of this experiment, the stability test of stainless steel SUS304 viscous media under external pressure was carried out. The results show that at room temperature, the viscosity and rate sensitivity of the viscous medium increase with the increase of the molecular weight of the viscous medium, and the bulk modulus decreases. Selecting viscous medium with larger molecular weight will help improve the external pressure of stainless steel SUS304 stability.
