针对某企业低热值煤气富裕,高热值煤气匮乏,不锈钢生产能力不足的情况,对原有加热炉进行改进,添加一座预热炉,实现了原有加热炉钢坯全部热装,系统地提高了加热炉的产量。对不锈钢的加热制度进行分析,寻找到最优的供热方式。采用新型烧嘴,使高炉煤气成功地应用在普通加热炉上。同时对两座加热炉的设备进行研究,提出了具体的改进措施,实现两座加热炉的协调生产,减少了高炉煤气的放散量,对企业的节能减排、高产低耗具有重要意义。
