作者对37例中脑周围蛛网膜下腔出血(PSH)进行了长达18~83个月的随访研究,旨在确定其预后。病人和方法本组病人包括症状和体征提示蛛网膜下腔出血者,发病72小时内头颅 CT 示出血位于中脑池周围,血管造影示四级血管无动脉瘤存在。37例PSH 中,男22例、女15例。出血时的平均年龄52(37~70)岁。2例发病时伴意识丧失。发病后第一个月内,无1例发生再出血。1例伴短暂性轻偏瘫患者完全恢复。1例发生急性脑积水,后行脑室分流术。
The authors conducted a follow-up study of 37 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (PSH) for a median of 18 to 83 months in order to determine their prognosis. Patients and methods This group of patients, including symptoms and signs prompted subarachnoid hemorrhage, within 72 hours of onset of head CT showed blood around the midbrain, angiography showed no vascular aneurysm exists. 37 cases of PSH, 22 males and 15 females. The average age of bleeding 52 (37 to 70) years old. 2 cases with loss of consciousness. In the first month after onset, no recurrence occurred in 1 patient. One patient with transient hemiparesis completely recovered. 1 case of acute hydrocephalus, after ventricle shunt.
