本文通过对复吹转炉成渣过程和机理的进一步研究,得出下列一些结论:成渣速度及成渣质量均优于顶吹转炉;底吹供气强度对成渣过程有很大影响;渣中加入适量MgO有利于去磷,冷凝渣中磷主要分布在C_2S相中。
In this paper, through the further study of the process and mechanism of BOF slag into slag, draw the following conclusions: Slagging speed and slagging quality are better than the top blowing converter; Bottom blowing air supply strength has a great impact on the slagging process; Slag Addition of appropriate amount of MgO is beneficial to dephosphorization, and phosphorus in condensed slag is mainly distributed in C_2S phase.
