我从事幼教工作多年,常遇到孩子们“告状”这个问题。“告状”本身既能反映出我们工作中的问题,也能暴露幼儿的弱点,如果教师及时地抓住“告状”这件事对幼儿加以教育,会产生积极的作用。常“告状”的幼儿以独生子女为多,其次是个性强的幼儿。每当幼儿来“告状”时,我首先耐心听完他“告”的内容,同时考虑这些幼儿说得是否真有道理。对于那些带普遍性的问题,我就在思想品德课、语言课及课后,有针对性地通过讲故事予以开导,这样不但教育了那些以“告状”为能的幼儿,还教育了班里全体幼儿。 I have been working in preschool education for many years and often encounter the problem of children complaining.
