我从事幼教工作多年,常遇到孩子们“告状”这个问题。“告状”本身既能反映出我们工作中的问题,也能暴露幼儿的弱点,如果教师及时地抓住“告状”这件事对幼儿加以教育,会产生积极的作用。常“告状”的幼儿以独生子女为多,其次是个性强的幼儿。每当幼儿来“告状”时,我首先耐心听完他“告”的内容,同时考虑这些幼儿说得是否真有道理。对于那些带普遍性的问题,我就在思想品德课、语言课及课后,有针对性地通过讲故事予以开导,这样不但教育了那些以“告状”为能的幼儿,还教育了班里全体幼儿。
I have been working in preschool education for many years and often encounter the problem of children complaining. The “complainant” itself can reflect the problems in our work as well as expose the weaknesses of young children. It will have a positive effect if the teachers timely grasp the “sued” to educate young children. Often “complain” of children as only one child, followed by strong personality of children. Whenever a child comes to “complain”, I first patiently listen to the contents of his “report” and at the same time consider whether these children really make sense.
