中职卫校德育教育工作一直都被社会所关注,不仅是因为中职学生更需要被教育和关怀,也是因为中职学生会更短时间进入社会参与工作,无论是其能力还是人品都对社会有着重要的意义。班主任作为中职卫校开展德育教育工作的首要人员,其个人素质与教育方法都与学生的德育能力有着紧密的联系,为了更好地提高中职卫校学生的德育能力与素质,需要进一步探讨德育教育的开展意义。本文就中职卫校班主任有效开展德育教育的途径进行分析,同时提出合理的建议,详细内容如下。
