随着市场经济的发展,企业执迷于对眼前利益的不懈追求,使其行为具有极端功利性。从而造成企业道德失范现象严重,市场经济秩序混乱。本文通过用鲜活的实例阐述了我国企业道德缺失的现状,并基于企业道德的涵义和在马克思主义中的发展,总结出两大方面用以加强企业道德建设的措施,旨在进一步澄清企业在道德建设上的误区,缓解我国企业道德缺失现象。 With the development of market economy, enterprises obsess on the relentless pursuit of immediate benefits, making their behavior extremely utilitarian. As a result, the phenomenon of corporate moral anomie is serious and the order of market economy is chaotic. This article expounds the status quo of our country's enterprise's moral deficiencies by vivid examples and summarizes the measures to strengthen enterprise's moral construction in two aspects based on the connotation of corporate ethics and the development in Marxism.
