在对了般管理干部进行工商管理培训教学的过程中,我们遇到了一些问题,感受颇深。一、认识方面在与学员的交谈中,对于企业有无开展工商管理培训的必要,不少中层领导干部认识不清。他们认为,学了就要用,而实际工作中用之甚少,学之无用。这种思想与认识在学员中颇能产生共鸣。他们认为参加培训学习,一是为了应付企业对各二级单位精神文明建设考核;二是为了拿个证书,这样的认识不会有学习的主动性,也难有收获。学习无外乎有两个目的:一个是学习谋生的手段;另一个是为了提高
