利用DMBA诱发金黄地鼠颊囊粘膜癌变,结合墨汁血管灌注技术及组织学检查,对动物颊癌血管生成与病理学变化进行了动态研究。结果显示:癌变发生的不同时期内均存在血管生成现象.经组织学定量检测血管密度发现,,随癌细胞的增殖、浸润,血管生成明显增强;早期血管广泛增生,进入晚期则主要表现在周边区,中心区出现血供不足的变性坏死;癌细胞向深层组织浸润之前都伴有一个血管增生旺盛时期,证明血管生成确实与癌细胞的浸润、发展有密切的因果关系。
Using DMBA to induce hamster cheek pouch carcinogenesis, combined with ink vascular perfusion technique and histological examination, dynamic changes of angiogenesis and pathology in animal cheek cancer were studied. The results showed that angiogenesis existed in different stages of carcinogenesis.
