地下煤层开采引起的覆岩移动是岩体中的力学问题,理应用岩体力学理论进行解释,并推导出覆岩移动的直观显现——地表移动的数学模型。但是,由于岩体物理力学性质的复杂性,在这方面一直没有突破性的进展。国内外常用的预计理论没能很好地解决这一问题,这是本学科的一大缺陷。无奈,只好从外部世界来认识下沉规律,通过大量的实地观测进行了综合分析,给下沉规律以各种数学描述,如负指数函数、三角函数、双曲函数乃至误差积分函数等。但这些描述属于经验的东西,不能从本质上揭示下沉规律的真实面
The movement of overlying strata caused by underground coal seam mining is a mechanical problem in rock mass.
