新课程改革开展得如火如荼,新课程对教师教学行为要求教师必须尽快地从传统的角色中走出来,成为新课程的研究者、实施者和创造者。课程改革的成败归根结底取决于教师,所以教师教学行为的转变在当前显得尤为重要。我们要转变教学行为,必须先转变教学观念。因为教学行为不会孤立存在的,它首先取决于教师的教学观念,因此在实施课改的过程中,做好教师教育观念的转变工作是做好教师教育行为转变工作的前提。只有新的教学观念,才会给教师教学行为的转变注入鲜活的动力。那么我们美术教师应该怎样转变教学观点和教学
The new curriculum reform has been carried out in full swing. The new curriculum requires teachers to act as teachers, implementers and creators of the new curriculum as soon as possible from the traditional roles. The success or failure of the curriculum reform ultimately depends on the teacher, so the change of teacher’s teaching behavior is particularly important at present. We have to change the teaching behavior, we must first change the teaching concept. Because teaching behavior does not exist in isolation, it first depends on the teacher’s teaching concept. Therefore, in the process of implementing the curriculum reform, to do a good job of changing the concept of teacher education is a prerequisite for the transformation of teachers’ educational behavior. Only a new teaching concept, will change the teaching of teachers into a fresh motivation. So how should we art teachers change teaching ideas and teaching?
