本文介绍了用甲醇做载体气,煤油为渗碳气,同时添加氨气的滴注式碳氮共渗在密封箱形炉中试验研究的成果。本工艺特点是炉气氮势可稳定调节,在此基础上能实现炉气碳势的控制。本文并就添加氨对渗碳气组成、炉气碳势控制和氮势调节机理进行了分析探讨,认为添加氨对渗碳气主要起稀释作用,对渗碳中Boudouard反应不起干扰,以CO_2能区分炉气氮势和调节控制碳势。添加氨量和炉气氢分压有关,其加入量可根据氮势要求进行推算,指出了用测定残留氨或含氢量控制炉气氮势的可能性。
This paper describes the results of a pilot study of a dripped carbonitriding with methanol as a carrier gas, kerosene as a carburizing gas, and simultaneous addition of ammonia gas in a sealed box furnace. The process is characterized by stable gas nitrogen potential regulator, on the basis of which can achieve the control of carbon gas potential. In this paper, the composition of carburizing gas, the control of carbon potential and the regulation mechanism of nitrogen potential were analyzed. It is concluded that adding ammonia plays a major role in dilution of carburizing gas and does not interfere with Boudouard reaction in carburizing. Can distinguish between gas and nitrogen gas regulation and control of carbon potential. The amount of ammonia added is related to the partial pressure of hydrogen in the furnace gas, and its addition amount can be calculated according to the nitrogen potential requirement. The possibility of controlling the nitrogen potential of the furnace gas by measuring residual ammonia or hydrogen content is pointed out.
